Why were you looking for a nutrition coach?
I was working out and eating what I thought was a healthy diet and still couldn't drop the weight. This went on for about over a year until I realized I needed more support in the nutrition department.
What did you accomplish?
I lost 25 lbs with you and gained so much knowledge!
What was the most valuable part of my coaching for you?
Everything that I have learned about nutrition. I've learned that it's not just a specific food group that you need to be checking the ingredients in foods as well. There were so many things that I was eating that I thought were good for me but in reality were not the best. I also learned that weighing your food is huge.
What did you like about the coaching program?
I loved how supportive you were, and how you always were there when I had a question. I also like that you didn't give me meals just what I can eat so I could make my own meals! I love that it had all the food groups on the plan as well.
